Where Are All The Investor Finder Services?

Where Are All The Good Investor Finder Services? Companies raising capital whether trying to get a loan, raise equity capital with a private placement memorandum or go public on the Pink Sheets, OTCBB or any other platform has no doubt been told to find a good investor finder. Sure there are multitudes of membership databases like \’Angel Funding Project\’, one of the industry\’s largest and many others but where are the \’investor finders\’ that everyone\’s CPA and CFO are talking about?
I\’ll tell you where, they\’ve discovered how valuable their portfolio of active investors actually is and they\’ve teamed up with consultants that take companies public and they provide the 40 initial investors needed to qualify for a public offering and they also help supply the capital that the consultants need in order to facilitate the \’going public\’ process. They have gone from making $2,000 here and $10,000 there, to making $100,000 here and $500,000 there by getting involved in the ultra lucrative world of pre-IPO finance and technical facilitation.
They are going from the headaches of trying to get investors interested in placing money with a goofball who doesn\’t think he needs a business plan or PPM to raise capital to getting the red carpet rolled out for them at every term by investment bankers, global broker dealers and companies that desperately want to go public but are working with minimal liquidity.
Quality investor finders are becoming more and more valuable as the economy declines in some regions and remains stagnant in others. Good investor finders no longer sell their services, instead clients and strategic partners must sell them on why they should break open their contact base on their behalf. As the global economy changes, new opportunities are popping up everywhere. Investor finders are being heavily lobbied by Chinese and Indian companies who want to merge their foreign corporation with a public American entity.
Any solid consulting firm can take a company public but few have the contacts to be truly considered full service. If you are interested in taking your company public and have a solid business model, find an IR consultant and sell them on your corporate strategy and if they take you on you\’ll be raising capital with lightning speed.

Improve your SERP With A Reiable Blog Commenting Service

Blogging has been popular for quite some time, however, recently it has become an essential SEO technique. You can now find people that will actually go into blogs and comment on them using valid information about your website, bringing in a lot of traffic. You can even find a Blog Commenting Service online that offers PR Blog Commenting as well as other useful ways to attract searchers to your website, as well as web crawlers.
As mentioned above you can pay a blog commenting service company to do the PR blog commenting for your website. They will do the necessary research in order to find blog pages and writers that write blogs relevant to your own website. However, do good research before paying for these services, as its imperative that they make useful and relevant comments that stick to the blog, and not just get deleted or marked as spam. Also, make sure that they are on do-follow blogs.
If you\’ve decided not to use a Blog Commenting Service for your blog commenting then you must know how to find blogs that are related to your website. There are two main ways to do this, to get best results you can write an article and post it online. Then, search the article and see who is blogging about it. Make sure that the article is in direct relevance to your website. Once you\’ve found who is bogging about it, review their blogs and comment. The simpler way is to search topics and keywords relevant to your website in search engines such as Google, include the word Blog in order to find related blogs.
Once you\’ve found the blogs that you want to focus on, make sure that when you comment there aren\’t a lot of comments, the less comments there are the more relevant your comment and link will be. In order to grab the bloggers\’ attention ask questions and make sure that your comments are related to the article. Don\’t just comment without reading the article, it\’s important to read it. Once you\’ve created a relationship, the more you communicate with one another, the more keywords are used, therefore, the more traffic and the higher the ranking.
In order to achieve all of this, however, you must be commenting on a do-follow blog. By do-follow blog commenting you are opening the gate for web crawlers to use the links as backlinks and heighten your ranking in search results. Basically, a do-follow blog is the opposite of a blog with a no-follow attribute, it allows for web crawlers to follow the links. The links that are followed pertain to the comments and the users\’ profiles and their links. You can check by clicking on a link and if you don\’t get the no-follow attribute it\’s a do-follow blog.
Keep in mind that do-follow blog commenting is much harder than just basic commenting, as bloggers are very strict about relevant links as well as spammers. It\’s a much easier way to get backlinks than using directories and forums however, don\’t take it lightly. As mentioned above you must read the article in order to be able to make a relevant comment or ask a constructive question. The blogger must like your comment and your link in order to keep them, or else they can either delete the comment, or worse, if the question looks like spam they can report you as spam and all of your comments will be useless.
So, what we have learned is that SEO continues on long after the creation of a well rated website. The rating must be kept up, and regular updates and constant activity keep it in the rankings. If you want to come out above your competition you need to either pay for a blog commenting service for your PR blog commenting needs or take the time and do the commenting yourself. It\’s not that difficult at all, it just takes time and dedication. If you want the traffic and ranking, you need to find the time.
Iftikhar Tirmizi a niche marketing and search engine optimization expert is strongly of the view that you can get better SERP by blog commenting service. Visit blog commenting service to get optimized.
Real Business Publicity That Will Transform Your Company Overnight!

We get calls all day, every day from companies that talk about \’wanting\’ real corporate publicity that will transform their company but few have the stomach for what it really takes and even fewer have the financial dedication it takes to obliterate their competition and take their rightful place at the top of the food chain.
Of course it\’s important to cater to the traditional media (TV, radio, newspaper, industry journals, etc) but the genre of publicity that wins every time is viral publicity consisting of video, social and news bookmarks, article submissions, press release submissions and photo/logo sharing sites. The reality is online publicity is where you\’re going to completely annihilate your competitors and claim your rightful position.
When you take into consideration the ultra powerful medium and stealth of viral publicity, all other promotional genres cower in comparison. Online your pre public or post public company will claim instant viewers and a cult-like following that TV and radio can\’t even remotely compare. Billions of searches take place every day and it is the viral publicists job to do what SEO and traditional publicists can\’t do and that is get solid search engine ranking while simultaneously bringing in powerful results that are targeted and strategically placed.
Forget pay per click, it\’s a waste of your time. crush everything in your path with viral publicity that claims power positions on the natural search results on all search engines. You must have a solid combination of mediums at use to take control of targeted keywords and industry genres.
So the next time you tell your self-proclaimed publicist or seo agent that you need publicity that will claim your position and deliver virtually instantaneous results for your company, you\’ll understand why there is silence on the other end of the line…because they have no clue as to what it takes to get serious results that will rip and shred everything in your path. The powerful combination of viral publicity and massive exposure will force-feed your concept to the willing masses who are pleading with a company in your industry to step up and spoon-feed the very info that your company is offering.
Stop wasting time and money with so called \’solutions\’ that don\’t work. You need a publicist, investor relations specialist and SEO demigod that will take you by the hand and pave a way for your company to succeed.

Type Of Allergy

There are more then ten million Americans who have an allergy to pollen alone, this is about one in every five people in the United States. Allergy suffers have a disorder in their immune system, this is what makes the symptoms.
Many people are allergic to dust, pollen , nuts, and bumble bees and they are so sensitive to these allergies that the allergy could become life threatening and turn into an anaphlyactic reaction if it doesn\’t get treated immediately.
In hot dry climates it has been found that there are more allergens floating around in the air, rather then humid and cooler climates. In the spring and early summer is another time that there are a lot of allergens in the air this is because the plants and the trees are budding and this helps out the pollen.
There are some medical treatments that could help ward off the unpleasantness of allergies such as antihistamines, decongestants, and nasal steroids.
However an expert in the allergy field may insist that to treat an allergy is to stay away from it altogether. Inside of your home you should look into using an air cleaner that has a HEPA filter.
HEPA filters eliminate almost all dust, and pollen from the air. Anybody who is allergic to smoke an activated carbon filter works great.
Allergies can cause many different symptoms and they do effect lifestyles, ask anybody you know with an allergy. There are some new products that are now available to help with the allergy problem. More and more people in the United States are being tested for allergies and the out come reveals that more then fifty five percent are allergic to at least one allergen.
So with this said if you are a suffer to seem that you will at least be able to find somebody that is ready to talk about the problem you both suffer from.

Blog Traffic Tips: 20 Easy Ideas

Use these blog traffic tips to make your blog a vibrant community!
Have strong content.
1. Write something new. Even if it\’s from your archives, make sure you bring a fresh perspective to the world of blogging. Whether you tackle an obscure subject or a popular one, it\’s vital to have a unique angle.
2. Post often. Post once a day when you are a new blogger. The content of the internet is constantly updated, so constantly updating your content will give it legitimacy. Let people know that your blog is a reliable information source.
3. Be consistent. Once your blog is established you can decrease your posting to 3-5 times a week, but don\’t drop below that! Consistency is key in frequency and in voice.
4. Show your humanity. Whether you are blogging about politics, recipes, business, or horseshoe variations, you don not have to be afraid to share who you are as well. People may be interested in your content, but they will be loyal to you.
5. Post pictures, videos, and links. Not that you have to have a link in every sentence, or even every post, but when properly used, these elements will fill-out a blog. As an added bonus, they\’ll increase your SEO (search engine optimization). As a beginning blogger, don\’t plan to get much traffic from search engines, but as you build up your base and learn other SEO tricks, you\’ll move up the listings.
Create a community.
1. Follow other blogs and comment on them. This can be especially effective if you have a post which looks at the same issue from a different angle, or even outright disagrees with their view. People want all the angles, and you want other readers and bloggers to know about your unique take on the issues.
3. Host a contest. Once you have a bit of a following, reward your readers with a contest. You can give away anything from a blog-related gift to cold, hard cash. Throw in a copy of your first novel and a promotional keychain and you can do even more self-promoting.
4. Get involved in a link exchange. Make friends with other bloggers and set up a program of linking between your blogs.
5. Use social networking. Take advantage of Twitter and Facebook for instant updates on blog activities.
Become known as an expert.
1. Answer questions on Yahoo Answers and LinkedIn Answers.
2. Become a part of online communities and forums.
2. Get involved in online communities and forums.
4. Create a Squidoo lens. Squidoo can help you connect to a whole new community, and you can use that connection to draw people back to your blog by strategically linking to posts on your lens.
5. Publish an ebook. Once you\’ve amassed a solid stock of blogging material, create a book. With easy online, self-publishing options, this is an easy tactic to increase your standing as an expert and your revenue.
Promote your blog in the \”real world.\” Offline promotion can be a useful tool, and when strategically employed, it can give you a great advantage.
1. Recruit your friends. Whenever someone starts talking about the environment, business, cooking, or whatever else your blog is about, have your friend trained to say, \”Hey! My friend has a great blog about…\”
2. Find your niche in their offline hangout. Go to a coffee shop and talk loudly about an issue referenced on your blog with a new acquaintance. Insist that he or she read your blog either to commiserate or be converted to your side. They\’ll go and so will the people near your eavesdropping with their laptops. Then they\’ll go and tell their friends.
3. Make experts and leaders your allies. Get doctors to recommend your recipe blog to patients on your special diet. Get professors to recommend your blog about your sociology thesis. People will listen.
4. Put up fliers. Or, even better, give fliers to the experts who are recommending you. Bonus if you can get them to hand some out to their peers!
5. Read aloud from your blog at an open mic night. If you enjoy public speaking or at the very least can temporary sublimate your dread, then stand up on stage and let your words come alive. This is an especially good tactic for a blog with a creative voice, but it can also work for one with a technical bent.

Indy Takes NFL Preseason Win Over Philadelphia
February 22, 2010 by Ross Everett

The Indianapolis Colts offense was in high gear as Peyton Manning threw two TD passes in three series of action, leaving backup Curtis Painter with a 14-0 lead over the Philadelphia Eagles before exiting the game. The Colts would eventually depend as much on their defense as their offense over the course of the subsequent NFL season but on this day the Colts went on to win 23-15 in NFL preseason action at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Manning hadn\’t been happy with the offense\’s lethargic opening game performance, and was in much better spirits after this game:
\”I think everybody wanted to be in there. The entire offense felt hungry after last week. Sure, there were some mistakes we can learn from, but there were some good things we can learn from.\”
\”I don\’t think anybody offensively was really happy with what happened last week. It started with me and the entire offensive starting unit. Overall I thought everybody came back and did a better job tonight.\”
Colts head coach Jim Caldwell was also happy with the performance:
\”They [the starters] had a couple of real good solid drives in there, performing pretty well. We were pleased with what we saw.\”
Eagles coach Andy Reid wasn\’t the least bit enthused with what he saw from his team:
\”All in all, that was an embarrassing performance and way too many penalties, not enough intensity all the way around, starting with me. It was a poor performance.\”
Aside from a nice touchdown pass from Donovan McNabb early in the game the Eagles looked nothing like a team expected to contend for a Superbowl berth.
Philadelphia will host the Jacksonville Jaguars next Thursday night looking for their first win of the NFL preseason. The Colts will continue their NFL exhibition slate as they travel to Detroit for a game against the Lions a week from Saturday. The Eagles will start the regular season with a road game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, September 13th while the Colts will host the Jacksonville Jaguars

Bengals Outlast Patriots In Defensive Struggle
February 22, 2010 by Ross Everett

When the biggest play of a NFL football game is an extra point, theres a good chance it was a dull contest. Such was the case in rainy Foxboro, Massachusetts as the Cincinnati Bengals edged the New England Patriots by a 7-6 score. The big play of the game? A point after touchdown by the Bengals backup kicker, none other than wide receiver Chad Ochocinco.
After the game, the always entertaining Chad Ochocinco was in rare form talking about his love for European soccer:
\”\’Esteban\’ Ochocinco is back, the most interesting footballer in the world. Everyone has to remember, I\’ve always said that soccer is my No. 1 sport. I think Ronaldinho would be proud of me right now.\”
To punctuate his fondness for the sport known as football in the rest of the world, Ochocinco whipped out his iPhone to display a picture of him with former England captain David Beckham before he continued his exposition:
\”Soccer\’s my first love, Kicking\’s easy … like riding a bike. I can kick them from 50, 60 yards, left or right hash mark. … I kicked all through high school.\”
Ochocinco was pressed into service as a placekicker when Shane Graham complained of a sore groin in pregame warm-ups. Ochocinco also played a few series at his usual position, catching three passes for 69 yards.
Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker, another emergency placekicker, wasnt buying Ochocincos talk about kicking being easy:
\”It\’s not easy. To kick that is something, and he got real good height on it.\”
The Patriots could only manage two FGs, while Cincinnati scored their only touchdown on JT OSullivans 24 yard pass to Chris Henry. OSullivan was also amused by Ochocinco\’s PAT, but emphasized that his receivers athletic versatility is no joke:
\”Nothing surprises me. All joking aside, he still kicked the ball through the uprights and it ended up winning the game. Some people might think its funny, but it\’s important.\”
The Bengals continue their NFL preseason play on Thursday, hosting the St. Louis Rams. New England will be back in action on Friday night as they travel to Washington, DC for a game against the Redskins.

Jets Best Giants In NFL Preseason Battle of New York
February 22, 2010 by Ross Everett
A week after being named the New York Jets starting quarterback, Mark Sanchez rewarded his first year NFL coach with a victory. Rex Ryan got his first win as coach of the Jets as his team nipped the rival New York Giants 27-25. Both teams are now 1-2 in NFL preseason play.
NFL preseason betting enthusiasts who took the Giants as +3 point underdogs were rewarded with the outright victory. The Jets improved to 2-1 against the pointspread, while the Giants dropped to 1-2 against the money as they dropped their second straight ATS verdict. The combined 52 points went well OVER the posted total of 36. The Jets have gone OVER in all three of their exhibition games, while the Giants have exceeded the total in two of three.
Sanchez finished with 149 yards on 13 of 20 passing and a touchdown pass to former University of South Carolina standout receiver Chansi Stuckey. After the game, he was pleased with his effort and the victory:
\”You get a little more confidence when you know your coach believes in you and has named you the starter. It was similar to that at SC. Once you\’re the guy, you talk a little different, you walk a little different and you act a little different.\”
Giants defender Mathias Kiwanuka was even impressed with Sanchezs touchdown play, which came with two defenders right in his face:
\”I thought we had him. It was a great play. You have to give him credit for seeing down the field with two guys in his face.\”
Sanchez gave his version of the scoring play:
\”It was one of those plays where you get hit throwing it and you don\’t really see what\’s going on. You kind of listen. I knew if it was a big roar, it was probably a big play by the Giants, maybe an interception and I\’d have to get up quick. But I heard a quiet roar and I said: \’Oh boy, I think he caught it.\’\”
Winning coach Ryan was pleased with his young QBs effort:
\”He was poised. He is what we thought he was.\”
Giants QB Eli Manning had something of an off game, finishing a touchdown and interception. He had receiver Steve Smith drop a perfect wide open pass that would have been a 50 yard touchdown play. Afterwards, he had no hard feelings:
\”Sometimes it\’s good to get those out of the way now. I know Steve feels bad about that. He hasn\’t done that all training camp. I know he won\’t drop it next time.\”
The Giants finish up the NFL preseason slate with a trip to Foxboro, Massachusetts to take on the New England Patriots on Thursday night. The Jets wrap up their exhibition schedule by hosting the Philadelphia Eagles.

Patriots Rip Giants To Complete NFL Preseason Schedule
February 21, 2010 by Ross Everett

Undrafted Brian Hover played the entire game for the Patriots and may have earned himself a position as Tom Brady\’s backup with a solid all around performance as New England topped the New York Giants 38-27 in the NFL preseason finale for both clubs. Hover passed for 242 yards and no interceptions on 18 of 25 passing. The Patriots finished their NFL preseason slate at 3-1, while the Giants slumped to a 1-3 mark in exhibition play.
NFL football betting enthusiasts who took New England as +3 road underdogs cashed their tickets with the outright win. The Patriots evened their preseason ATS mark at 2-2, while the Giants dropped to 1-3 against the number. New York won and covered their first game of the preseason before dropping the next three straight up and against the spread.
Third string running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed for three touchdowns and after the game praised Hovers play:
\”Brian did a good job of controlling our offense. We mixed it up.\”
Green-Ellis had an impressive game himself, with 125 yards on 29 carries. Afterwards, Patriots coach Bill Belichick had terse but positive comments about his play:
\”Ben does a lot of things for us going back to last year.
As well as the play of QB Hover:
\”Not bad. He handled the ball fairly well, threw it accurately.\”
The Giants biggest personnel decision at the moment is their third string QB, where Andre Woodson has the inside track despite a less than stellar performance. Woodson went 6 for 19 for 98 yards with one interception. Afterwards, he gave his take on the game:
\”It took me a while to get into my rhythm and it was the worst possible game to have that happen. Last year I knew I was going to be cut. … This year is different. It\’s going to be tense.\”
Starting QB Eli Manning played one series and backup David Carr played three before handing the reins over to Woodson for the rest of the game. Afterwards, Manning summed up his teams mindset:
\”I think everyone is ready for the season to get going and start playing for real.
The Giants will start playing for real next Sunday as they host the Washington Redskins in a NFC East battle. Theyll head to Dallas in week two for another divisional tilt against the Cowboys. The Patriots will start their regular season next Monday night as they host the Buffalo Bills. Theyll hit the road in week two for a game at the Meadowlands against the New York Jets.
